I blame the university for not shutting down the campus right after the first shooting. So many innocent lives could have been saved.

It was terrible but I think it makes it worse to keep talking about it all night long even though we dont really know anything. Newscasters like Brian Williams were almost excited(gitty) to keep repeating that it was a record massacre and how historical it was. leave the people involved alone and let them grieve. i am going to throw out my TV and never watch the news again. Stop glorifying tragedy. We are a sick nation of rubberneckers.

By giving this killer so much glory over what he has done it jsut opens the door for other psychos to do the same. Maybe if you kill a whole lot of people then your name will go down in history... I don't want to know who did it. Watch it be a chinese student or even worse a north Korean and then we have reason to go to war with another innocent country over the choices made by a fat politition who has no clue what real life is all about.

I heard about that. They identified him just this morning. After I got home from school I turned the television to MTV as I do everyday to see where Fall Out Boy is with Thnks Fr Th Mmrs on TRL and then I saw it. I was so sad! : ( At that time there was only like 22 people who were dead and then more started to come up. I hope that this whole violence in schools will stop soon but it won't stop until they take violence out of our young people's lives.

The motive is pure speculation at this point. Anyone who watches national television or radio yesterday heard about this.

The latest from the actual investigators is they offered no motive at this point. Please be careful not to spread false information.

Your question should be has anyone not heard. A person would have to be pretty isolated not to have seen or read something about this tragic event.
