My hugs are usually big - I really embrace whoever I'm hugging fully.
I kiss everyone when I first meet them (a habit I picked up from having lots of greek & italian friends) so it's one kiss on the left cheek, then one on the right cheek - if you ask nicely I'll give you a lovely soft kiss on the lips.

Depends on from who. I would prefer a kiss from a boyfriend but a hug from someone like my mom.

From a guy I liked....maybe a kiss.....from a "good" friend, a hug.....from someone totally gruesome, neither.
Seriously.....why wouldn't you want the warmth and comfort of someone's hug, when a kiss can only last a few seconds?

Usually, I prefer hugs, unless I know the person really well. But I'll gladly accept a hug from anyone, even a random stranger. :)

Either would be nice. I'm just coming out of a relationship in which I was completely starved of affection, and the more I asked for some, the less I got.
