Ghanouge , Ghanouge , Ghanouge ....pleeeeease listen to grandfather....

You are burning the candle from both ends & there can be only one result of that !
You must take better care of yourself .....let's see !!

First...you start early so have a good b'fast ..make sure you eat something wholesome & nutritious like good quality cereal , eggs , fruit etc ...to get you going for the day ....

Then take things to work for snacks like dried fruit , nuts , fresh fruit , yogurt ....

Plan on having a number of small snacks during the day so then you won't have the need for pigging out on fatty , sugary junk food that will end up on you know where ! lol

Try to have a good lunch , maybe a falafel sandwich & fruit ...

For dinner , if you have no time to cook , try for a Lebanese meal that is not heavy ...

Ghanouge...if all of this works for you I will send the account in the mail ...lol & keep away from burger king ....remember , a moment on the lips , a lifetime on the hips !

You can make a lot of healthy food over the weekend and then have some of this throughout the week. Also, you can keep some healthy snacks in your office so that when you get hungry for junkfood, you'll have a piece of fruit or some nuts or vegetables to munch on instead. Also, I think it's worth having your biggest meal at lunch so that by the time dinner-time comes, you won't be as hungry.

If you have a lunch break, go to McDonald's and order a yummy salad. For only a few dollars, you can eat healthy and not so repulsive and overweight.

Or you could buy food from a grocery store and pack your lunch the night before. Make a nice tuna sandwich, pack an apple, and maybe some yummy cookies! But it will be better for you if you can pack your own lunch, thereby limiting your calorie intake.

Sounds like you care more for him than he does you. So it's a one sided relationship. If you go back it will be the same. He most likely will not change. If you want him as he is / was, I guess you could go back. But what made you walk out? Whatever it was will happen again. From what you've written I'd guess you made the right move and though it is tough you should stick to your course, especially if he does not contact you. If you make the first contact then, yes he would maintain the upper hand and nothing changes. If he contacts you and makes it clear he will try to change, then it might be worth going back. Overall, you've made this step, and it sounds like it is one in the right direction. Try to move forward and not look back. Hope this helps.

I don't know if it would help, but yes, packing some food.. but I don't agree on the cookies, if you have snacks at work, like raw vegetables or fruits (yes, i know... huh?!) it will help you to keep the energy & makes you feel better. If u can also choose the healthy kind of junk food.. do tehy have Subway in Doha!! they have healthy choices of sandwiches.. choose the brown bread... or if u want, u can boil some spaghettis & just add laban / yogurt to it when u get back home... of course, times when u aren't tired..

join the club I work in emirates from 9 to 9 and I arrive home practically dead but I NEED to put a 1 year exp on CV so....... what the hec.
anyway enough about me lets talk about me haahha
sorry, ...OK OK I can't find time to eat so I do little things to improve my eating habits like I buy whole bread (brown bread), I drink "Laban" instead of coka "NEVER drink soft drinks" you can also drink fresh juice or even bottled juice. I order fish burger or chicken burger instead of ham ,I eat lots of salad, drink tea and little coffee not too much though.
my restaurant(s) all make healthy food (fish, calamari, salad, soup...etc) you must find a health food resto. NOW
if its out of the question then you must do what I said try to have lunch so that you can have a light dinner and always have breakfast even at work (labana or cheese sandwich)

good luck

Your daily exercise is no good if you are eating like that.
cut the time for exercising in 2. Half for exercising and the other half for preparing a healthy salad or meal to take with you the next day

The option is right there in black and while. you KNOW you're buying junk food. Get smart and find a better way to eat.

Buy food at the grocery which takes little prep time and would give your less fat and less carbs. Eat healthy.

Ok, use your week end to buy vegetables that you can mix together as a salad for example: carrots, lettuce (iceberg, romaine...), fresh mushrooms, .... Wash all these during the week end, and dry them well, then wrap them in pieces of cloth. Then make all the lemon juice you might need and put them in some vacuum container in the fridge. You can buy all the kinds of herbs that make them taste nicer, and try some parmesan with herbs, and especially (my favorite) get some "Maille" moutarde a l'anciennce. Every night you open the fridge, pick up whatever vegetables you feel like having, and mix the moutarde with lemon and oil.. done. And you can pack that to work. It's tasty and healthy I think..
