you, alienate you, and socially exclude you?

Anger is an emotion which comes from within. It is always YOURS. Anger is YOUR reaction to outside stimuli. Regardless of the stimuli, YOU choose how to react, therefore the anger is always YOURS. It is always your FAULT. The people who outcast you and alienate you and socially exclude you do so because you refuse to take ownership of your anger.

Firstly, I sympathize with your rage and anger problems. Do realize that there ARE chemical imbalances that cause this and take no notice of people that say it is entirely under your control.

Society outcasts you because it is not socially acceptable to be constantly angry. There is no other way about it. No one actively seeks an angry friend because they might be uncomfortable/afraid of your unpredictability.

I would highly recommend you to seek a licensed psychologist for your issue. The faster you learn how to deal with it, the faster society will accept you.

i so feel for you, that's exactly how i've been going through
i've been told people prefer "happy people" whatever that means
try to talk to a counsellor
we all need to work on our negative emotions, "cleansing internally", otherwise people look at you as someone with emotional baggage. we all have problems and we don't want any more from anyone else unless they're our loved ones.
be a little cheerful and friendly but be yourself
good luck

Is it remotely possible that you are alienating yourself and excluding yourself from a whole bunch of people who think you are an unreasonable idiot?

Think about it: The whole world is wrong and you are right.
Sure.
