On your Dreamweaver web page you have an image. This image can be from your site or from another location on the internet.
If you wish to open another web page from the current page then you will be using a hyperlink. To open this new page in a new window then put a value in the target field of the hyperlink. Valid options can be _top, _parent, _self, _blank or almost any other value you choose. This value can also be a frame name to open the window in a different frame.
The usual values to open a new window are _blank or _new.
So make your new window to contain the image in a style that is similar to the other pages on your site.
