thier are alot of songs about drugs and thier are a few groups that mainly sing about drugs the ones i know are mostly about POT..

Most of the Kottonmouth kings songs are about pills and POT same with cypress hill and they have too many songs to list...Another good artist that rapps about drugs is AFROMAN and he has more songs then just his hit single becouse i got high he has alot of funny one also...

marylin manson has a few the one that stands out is dope show..
Guns and roses has a few too welcom to the jungle is one and i cant think or any more at the moment
Tom Petty has a few also last dance with mary jane is one that comes to mind
Eminem and D12 have a few too purple pills drug ballad under the influence and many many more..
Method man and red man has a few too from the how high sound track..
