I was told that after you had your period you have a growth-spurt is that true?

It worked for me. I grew taller and my stomache went away. Get this i was a size 16 women's now I'm a size 10! Isn't that amazing? So if your worried about your weight dont worry it will go in about 3 months

This was definitely true for me! I grew about 3 inches which I was glad about! :-)
It isn't always the case thought, it varies for each person, some have already stopped growing, it just depends on your own individual hormones. Some people stop growing taller very early, others quite late, each person is different.
So, unfortunately there is no way to tell, you either will or you won't :)

I've never heard of this. At the most you might grow an inch or two more after you begin menstrating, but some stop growing altogether at that point.

I actually stopped growing when I got mine, and lost some baby chub I had.

It just depends on you .... for some girls yes, and for others no. You will just have to wait and see.
