im not a lawyer but my advide to u is to get your x back into court, and have a child adilitem involved with the visits, although it will seem like supervised visitations , it will be actually in place to make sure that he is allowing u to visit with your child. And supervised to start with is better then zero visitations at all. Hold him in contempt of court, the more he avoids letting you see your child, the more the court could eventually rule in your favor of seeking custody of your child in the future. Just because a parent has custody of a child does not mean the non custodial parent has zero rights. You have just as many rights to your child as the custodial parents, and if you havent set up regular visitation guidelines you need to. And i would also get the ruling that every time u have to bring him back into court because he is neglecting you from seeing your child that the custodial parent has to pay all court costs. Because i realize that this is extremely expensive to keep having to take him back to court to see your child. So maybe if he carrys the financial burden of having to pay for it each time maybe he will stop.

Good luck

Nobody but a lawyer can give you the advice you need to take care of your specific situation. I recommend that you visit this website ( http://www.resource4familylaw.com ) and contact a qualified family lawyer in your area. Consultations are always free, so there's no obligation.

Good luck.

Given that I have checked your other questions and you seemed to be concerned with being able to pass a drug test ...I would guess there are pretty good reasons you haven't had custody of your child for four years. If you really want to be involved in her life I wuld suggest a series of actions - get clean (not just clean enough to fool a drug test) get yourself straightened out and then try and make a move.

Good luck to you and your daughter.

So your marriage didn't work out, huh? That's why I try to tell people to stop getting married. It never works.
