The probate laws of Puerto Rico are found on the Internet. http://www.michie.com/puertorico/lpext.dll?f=templates&fn=main-h.htm&cp=prcode
Once you get to the website, you will have to navigate to the statutes dealing with Successions. Refer to Title 31, Civil Code, Subtitle 3, Different Ways of Acquiring Ownership, Part IV, Successions. This will give you Chapters on Wills, Inheritances, Constitution of Trusts, Intestate Succession According to Diversity of Lines, Provisions Common to Inheritance Common to Inheritance By or Without Will, and Coallation and Division.
My advice to you is to review what you find and engage the services of a lawyer.
