I find i have to just get on and do it. If i sit or worse lay down for a minute i fall asleep. so, i suggest just get on with what ever it is you need to do! As long as you are not falling asleep or wanting to sleep all the time, if so you may need to go have a check up at your doctors? After thought. Do you work? Maybe you need a job part time? xx

Sometimes, even just 15 mins of shut eye can work wonders (cat napping). I had to do this when I worked on the cruises and it really helps you through when you're not getting enough sleep.
You're better off getting 15/30 mins downtime, because when you wake up you'll be in a better frame of mind to do twice as much work!! If that makes sense!!

I find washing myface with cold water and brushing my teeth always makes me feel a bit fresher. Or go for a walk and get some fresh air.
If you are really tired though maybe a quick power snooze is all you need. If you are at work go to a secluded toilet and make yourself comfortable. Tell people you are going to meeting.

First of all go and take a shower and then when you are dressed open all the doors in your house to let some fresh air in and and put some music on. Write yourself a list of things to do and get stuck in.

get the things done what need doing the more you keep your mind active the less you will think bout going to sleep. If you sit down all day you have most chances of falling to sleep all the time cus of boredom
