Be straight but act like you are only joking, and see how they respond. You are not supposed to fall in love with a married person though especially when you are married also. You will be playing with fire.

You don't, if you really love him. You will end up destroying his and his children's lives and yours too. If you truly love him, keep you mouth closed. If one day he decides to leave and you are also single, that would be the appropriate time to begin a relationship.
