UK Company sued for piracy?

Back a few years ago, there was a company in the UK that was Sued (or I believe they where) for pirating software, and selling it on as “backup copies” for those who “wish to protect there originals”. Does anyone know the name of this company, and what happened to them?

There are hundreds of prosecutions every year .. the Police have even been know to raid Car Boot sales looking for Pirates ...
