Comes to mind: a greasy sausage dish from Britain.
Negative: grease spotty
It makes me less in the mood for pizza for dinner.

When I think of Spotyo I think of a Japanese Informercials. Some new technology that blows our minds but we really don't need.

lol, it sounds like a typo to me. maybe they were trying to say "spot you all" or "spot you". That is not even a word in spanish that's all I can say.
