I don't think you can actually make that. But there is a solution if you are using Internet Explorer or Opera (wich I use). Go to internet options (on Internet Explorer) choose Content Tab and click Autocomplete Settings and check all the checkboxes, so now every time you want to writte your e-mail address into a form it will autocomplete.
On Opera there is a better way to do this:
Go to Tools -> Preferences -> Wand and enter there all the information you want (like e-mail address, name etc.) and when Opera encounters a form it will complete it with the information you gave.
