I am just curious as how an illegal alien has the same Constitutional Rights that I have as an American. If they are here illegally then they are not Americans. If we afford them these rights then why are they not in jail for breaking the law in the first place by coming here illegally. Also the goverment in all of their wisdom is deciding on a vote to give these illegal aliens social security benifits. First how are they intitled to these benifits when they have not contributed to social security. Second, where is the goverment planning on taking this money from? Our already stressed Social Security? What is going to happen if this occurs. You and your children will not have benifits or the amount of benifits you should have had because now a percentage of your money is going to someone who is here illegally.

Aliens in the U.S. have constitutional rights because the language of the constitution does not give rights only to citizens. Aliens don't have all the constitutional rights of a citizen -- They can't vote or run for president, but but everybody who is in the country has the right to freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the right to a speedy and public trial by a jury if accused of a crime. If a person is in the United States illegally, he can be deported, but that doesn't mean he loses these rights while he is here.

There are politicians who are trying to blame social security's problems on illegal aliens, in order to distract the public while the politicians spend our money and give tax cuts to the rich. Don't believe them. Nobody is planning to give social security to illegal aliens who contribute nothing to the system. You can read the truth about what is going on right here, on the government's web site:

Some people, Liberals, think the US constitution apply to every single human being on the planet. Why, because they 'care' about theas poor people.

no one wants to do anything about the illegal aliens, because they want to cheep labor. And everyone likes a cheep labor force, form the republican companies to the liberal unions.

And again people(liberals) feel sorry for theas poor workers. Not that they would make them citizens or get them good working conditions or wages. But social security is a good thing to give. It's 'free' for the government to give out. And after all, Americans already pay for millions of lazy folks on government payments, so why not add a couple more.

definite. because of the fact maximum human beings of the bill of Rights are actually not rights granted to electorate. they're limitations on US government action. And that applies inspite of who the US government is appearing against. almost all of protections afforded by using the form have no longer something to do with citizenship. attempt extremely interpreting the form it sluggish. particularly, the 4th modification applies against all government searches and seizures the place there's a clever expectation of privateness. however the courts have already desperate that there's no such expectation of privateness throughout the time of a border seek or arrest. And the 2d modification purely applies to federal regulations of weapons. It does not have any result on state regulations. yet it incredibly is beside the element because of the fact your occasion is mindless. there's no direct interplay between the 2d and 4th Amendments.
