I just had a discogram done yesterday, which was not fun... They said that disk decompression could help, I am 27yrs old with herniation on L4-5,L5-S1 levels. Is this a less evasive procedure and how sucessful of a treatment is it? Any feedback would be really helpful

some people can go for months with medical management. Severity of symptoms describes how soon the surgery should be considered. If "they" say a decompression may help, then I would go for it to avoid being told later, "had you done it then..." typically quite successful procedures though, good luck
