Yes it's easy, all you have to do is throw yourself at the ground...and miss!!!
Good luck, it usually hurts the first hundred times or more... Try having a friend distract you while you're in mid fall then you'll forget all about gravity and poof you're flying.

took hang gliding lessons once....flying was okay...needed vast improvement on the landings!

i used to when i was single...........now it is a bit harder to many people trying to get on my wings...............lol
