Who do they think she is in India??? some Goddess. Did you see the news this morning where they burnt a effergy of Richard Gere, just because he kissed her. She did'nt look as if she wasn't enjoying it to me...........

i've decided that if we all stayed in our own countries, we would never upset those of another culture.
Who'd ever think that kissing(?) an actress would result in this outrage?
Maybe the east is East and the West is West and there should be an line in between.

I'm bothered about the lack of furniture but there's still a few days left. I like the curviness of it and the lighting feature. The BB House must be on a very steep hill as there is the usual lovely staircase up to the living quarters where a door leads out into the garden - more like a maisonette, really I'm loving it!

First of all, it's Shilpa...
and second, she looked VERY unhappy when he kissed her; and if it was anyone else doing it, he would have been facing a sexual harassment charges by now... How dare he behave like this? what gives him the right to touch a woman without permission? is that the kind of message he wants to sent to men around the world who may be looking up to him?!!!!! I'm appalled; and I'm not Indian nor religious, but I believe in personal space!!!!

I do not believe that Richard Gere kissed either a Himalayan Sherpa or a van of the same name.
The Indian public were rightly upset by the way he took advantage of Shilpa Shetty, but who can blame him?

Ok i saw that too there are rules she can't even kiss in a bollywood movie as its against religion(thats what i read i apologise if its wrong) and yes she is one of there biggest stars but if Richard Gere didn't realise he needs to apologise (not that, that will help much) but to burn effigies ofhim thats a bit over the top. She ain't no saint either no matter what people think of her and yeah your right she did look like she was enjoying it i agree with you.

You r so rite she wouldnt be this famouse if it wasnt for that racist thing that happened in the house i felt sorry at first and i liked her as a person but now i am getting well feed up of it every mag you open shes in it its perfetec i dont even think she can act accept for when shes been nice for publicity

She does seem to cause controversy where ever she goes. Other religions need to be a bit more tolerant of others who do not know all their beliefs
