Hi!

On the Internet, the Domain Name System (DNS) stores and associates many types of information with domain names; most importantly, it translates domain names (computer hostnames) to IP addresses.

The most basic use of DNS is to translate hostnames to IP addresses. It is in very simple terms like a phone book. For example, if you want to know the internet address of en.wikipedia.org, DNS can be used to tell you it's 66.230.200.100.

There is no need to worry about from where you'll get the DNS numbers, you'll easily get them from your ISP (Internet Service Provider).. Contact your ISP representative and I am sure he'll help you in getting the DNS numbers....I could've provided you the DNS number as well but since you've not mentioned your Internet Service Provider in the question I won't be able to facilitate you with the correct information...:)

You probably mean the DNS IP address, what's the device you are installing wireless to? A home router you own or one of those new fangled wireless Internet service?

If it is a home router - leave this blank, in whatever address option that you can set as "Auto" do so, it will be taken care of that way, it should work whatever computer you are using.

If one of those new fangled wireless Internet service - ask the ISP that sign you up for help, I'm not sure how one of those new model modems work.

You get that from your Internet Provider. Explain more about your configuration, which provider/country/.. you need either to call the provider or search the details.. try hitting ISP name and word DNS.. (if i remember correct) DNS in general is Domain Name System..

I think you mean DNS - Domain Name System. Contact your ISP. They will give you the DNS Server address you need.
