(*laughter*) Okay, I'm guessing you're 40 and feeling like life is passing you by. I think this is called a "mid life crisis".

You're never going to be 20 again. You may as well put that thought right out of your head. You start getting aches and pains. You don't heal as quickly. Your hair turns gray, you get wrinkles, and gravity is going to do incredibly vicious things to your anatomy. Welcome to middle age.

However, above and beyond that, 40 can be the start of a whole new mind set for you. Usually, by 40, your kids if you had any are close to being grown up and, hopefully, out of the house. You can probably afford to do some of those things you were always interested in but never had the time or money for.

I went to Europe for the first time at 44. I took violin lessons for three years. I recently switched to classical guitar lessons. I've learned to quilt, and use a lathe, taught myself to tile, and started doing more for myself. While work is important, I've realized my health and my family are more important.

It can either be an incredibly freeing time, or you can go for depression. Going for depression isn't going to keep you healthy or make you happy, but having the right attitude about it will.

Good luck...I'm in my 50s now, and I have to say the last 10 years have been a total hoot. It's all about me for the first time in my life, and I love it!!

You need to have your daily routine exercises at least times a week at 1hr stretch. It can be jogging or swimming or you can go to the gym.
Then dress neat... wih brioght colours.. maybe not so bright.. and if your hair is reciding.. go do some thing about it..
At the end of the day.. think young be positive...and mixed with younger guys... hang out with them...
Start Oggling nice ladies...

That will make you feel and look 10 years younger...
