Bleeding after abortion for how long?

I had a surgical abortion a week ago and experienced light spotting for 3 days. Then I started getting cramps and some bleeding. The bleeding has now stopped.but I was wondering if it would come back again or is this it until my next period?

You won't be bleeding until your next period.

You could have the bleeding come back again while you heal but you really should talk to your dr about this to see what they say.
