I have windows xp sp2, P4 CPU, 2.66GHz 2.67 GHz, 256 MB RAM, and have ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series? Can I install new video card for free from anywhere?

You can install a new video card if you want. Just make sure that it is the right slot (PCI, AGP, or PCI Express) and pop it into the system. You would have to install the drivers from the CD that the card came with. Anyways, actual card peripherals are better than the integrated ones..

ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series is the good one because it supports vista .

NEW video cards are HARDWARE FOR SALE. Only their software drivers are available for download thru internet.
