A laugh.... - to keep the giraffes in from Blackpool Zoo, to prove to others that men in Blackpool can get something erect - and stay there.?? So parents can see it from a distance as they are driving - and avoid the town totally!.

Sorry i don't actually know, but as kids whenever my family went to Blackpool my Dad always said £1 goes to whoever spots the Tower first, and my brother won every time!! :D
