I say go for the one you really love. I'm a monogamous person myself so my advice is choose one, and dump the other. Whether it's your husband (I'm assuming you're a woman) or your girlfriend, follow your heart's desire.

Do they conflict? Ask yourself where you want to be 10 years from now...and with whom? Do you want to maintain a long-term relationship with both? If you have a preference, stick with the preference. If you want both, you might ask your girlfriend (I assume H doesn't know about gf) how she likes the idea of sharing you for the next dozens of years. In theory there's no reason you can't have both. But if you really want it to last a long time you probably should discuss it with the three of you. Once you get involved in hiding something it's sure to come out. Don't let it come as a surprise to him. Talk to you H. Good luck.
