I never want to live in a big castle, I'd rather just stay there for a few days for a holiday. Because there's no place like home, and I'm not the really the 'royalty' type. Besides, I find castles easy to get lost. Thank you!

The big castle would be too cold during winter Give me a nice cosy country house anytime And by the way, I reckon that most country homes have character Big mansions, castles etc so what they be flash looking but they lack the character a country house has

A BIG castle with a lot of high tech stuff, a gourmet kitchenen with the top of the line kitch appliances, a home theater, a master bedroom suite with a master bathroom that has an 18 head shower system, whirlpool tub, toilet, urinal & bidet. A large room with about 200 pinball machines & an indoor pool. A castle does not have to be cold damp or old fashioned. Today castles are still being built with the ultimate luxuries!

I am not sure how this question ties in with History, but here goes. I would choose to live in a nice and cosy country castle.

I would choose the nice, cosy country house because I would feel more at home there and more comfortable

I think I'd go for the Castle. I would love to live in some history as well as the room a castle would provide. IT WOULD ROCK!!! If I have to pay for the upkeep though, the country house would have to be the choice. What about you? Thanks for the cool fantasy!!!

Who said you couldn't make a castle cozy too?
I would choose a castle because it's exotic and interesting. It would include history and I love history esp. learning new things. When I would actually get my own room and stuff.

Why the castle of course... with lots of stained glass windows too. I have always dreamed of living in such a place.
