my guess is that they are still in middle school and it is some sick and twisted game of tag--or their wires aren't rapped too tightly--either way the account is new tonight so probably is a fake account--I hope the powers that be take care of this quickly-I don't like to be annoyed at this time of the day!
by the way from what I could tell this is aimed towards a user with the moniker of Kelly Bundy--at least that's what I got off some of the jibberish on another question.

Possible a combination of Attention Deficit Disorder and a low I.Q. restricts the output of the responder to a single word or simple phrase that is repeated in a frenzy of frustration.

I think..they don't have the gut to 'really' report the answer. Like a pest..pestering around. Dislike them also.
