Kids are more prone to lashing out emotionally at ridicule by their peers. Teenagers need to belong somewhere and feel accepted, and when they don't, they do very brash things to get attention.

Don't you remember being in school? Wasn't it terrible when your friends and classmates would reject you because you did something that wasn't popular or cool? OK, now multiply that by like a thousand, because of the internet, camera phones, guns... I feel sorry for today's youth.

The world needs more love.

Kids that are bored and are waiting to turn 16 so they can leave, are the ones that provoke violence, so they can get a rep and for something to do.

Also there's the gangs, like you can't mix east side and southeast kids together or there will be outbreaks of fights. That's what happens at my school, not so much since it's renovated but it used to be like every lunch break. Now they've made it so you can't wear bandannas or gang colors and that makes it a lot better. That is the main reason though, especailly immigrants from other countries that are just starting out in America and they need to prove themselves against the established bangers.

Then there's the druggies adn they just lower the atmosphere because they're not here to learn they're there because of probation.
also for some reason since they started the Calsafe program and PMP, now the pregnant girls are in a different program, there is a lot less violence! I don't know why but it just is.

It's not poverty, my school is 96 percent free lunch but that doesn't make you violent and automatically stupid. For example, I am on free lunch and I am not violent! People are violent if that's they;re personality, id they are insecure, want a better rep, or are that personality.

while i substitute into in grade college there have been squabbles between pupils however the lecturers constantly broke it up. That substitute into the time that they took prayer out of the faculties. After that we could no longer even sing Christmas carols. i substitute into so unhappy, because of the fact all us young ones enjoyed that Christmas software each and each 12 months. We did no longer understand why they stopped it. back while i substitute into attending severe college interior the 60's there substitute into no violence in school. The worst every physique ever did substitute into get caught smoking interior the showering room, or chewing gum interior the class room. So I could say this is the removing of prayer interior the faculties. while ever people take God out of a few thing the evil is attainable in to replace reliable and the evil descends on each physique and each little thing. So we've got young ones who do no longer appreciate their mothers and dads, or any authority and don't appreciate themselves. this is a disrespectful worldwide. mothers and dads even enable their young ones to talk back to their elders like this is a alluring. I shop on praying for the Lord's Will to be accomplished on earth as this is in heaven. because of the fact I hate all this evil the place ever one is going the hatred is showing further and further. we choose rules, we would desire to shrink our undesirable manners, it makes the worldwide a extra valuable place. Unrestrained animals can harm people. yet now I see animals that are extra valuable behaved then some people. this is a unhappiness that has taken over the worldwide. imho

I think whether it be drugs, gangs, bullies what have you it all begins with parenting. Maybe ones parents were abused or mistreated when they were young and so they grow up and do something similar to thier children, so on and so forth. Quality parents, parents that wish to spend time with their children and help them to grow and learn morals, ethics and other important things are not so common these days. Especially now when you have more and more two income households where both parents are working their butts off to keep a float and this leaves little to no time for children. That's my 10 cents.

Violence can happen anywhere. It's a misnomer to say "Violence in schools". The school is not the reason for the violence.

1 more element is the video games which so isolate the kids who retreat into the games and it is just them and so much of the themes even in the more mellow games are confrontational and warlike. god help us all. ever notice how the music in these games is so redundant, hypnotic and MINDLESS?
