Is it better to prevent the deadlock or avoid the deadlock?

Well if you prevent the deadlock then you will also in turn avoid the deadlock, but if you only avoid the deadlock, you will not necesarilly prevent the deadlock, so clearly preventing would be the better option.

Also, what the hell are you talking about?????

Deadlock has it's purpose, don't rush it.

It depends on the situation, both are applicable some time time or the other.
