The chemical name of blood would be "blood" - or even whole blood (because the blood banks break it down to plasma and serum and cells and concentrates of the proteins, etc)

There is a list in the wikipedia of the components of blood.

If you take the blood and remove the cells, you get plasma

If you remove the proteins from the plasma, you get serum

Blood has no particular chemical name because it is a mixture. Only compounds have proper chemical names.

Even the mixture itself cannot simply be named. If blood alone was solution, then we could call it 'cell solution' or what. If it is a colloid, maybe we could call it emulsion or what. But the problem is, blood is both solution and colloid, or even suspension. It has compound components, too.

Bottomline: Blood has no chemical name, unless you separate its components and name them one by one.
