I would make easy access to the pill - RU486 (mifepristone) law. To stop unwanted pregnancy getting to the surgery phase of abortion. I would never have one, ever, but am not too stupid to realise some women will go to any lengths to get rid of an unwanted pregnancy, often with disasturous results. I'm a believer in ban the coat hanger philosophy, I think it must be a woman's choice, and if it's legal or illegal, they are still going to choose, it's up to us to give them safe choices. It is also a better way for miscarrying women to have their bodies rid of the deceased embryo. It is less invasive and does not risk their chances of having more children (which surgery does - for those who abort AND those who miscarry naturally).

I'd make subsidies to tobacco growers illegal, and instead, use that money to FEED people. If people are foolish enough to smoke, that's their business, but I'm not interested in paying for their habit when there are hungry people out there. I'd legalize pot and gay marriages; it's just wrong to tell people what they can do in their own lives when it's not affecting me.

i would make it legal to drive faster.. 65 just isnt fast enough on the highway.. nobody even follows it. i dont know what id make illegal. too much stuff is illegal as it is..:)

Well, I would make smoking illegal. I've seen a loved one pass as a result of hard-core chain smoking and I don't want it to happen to other people :(

I would make marijuana legal. I have never tried it myself but am sooooo curious about what it feels like.
