what level do you have to be b4 voting on unresolved questions? how do you get the list

You can vote on 60 at level 3 80 at level 4 and after level 5 and upwards you can vote for 100 every day
At level 1 you get 20 at 2 you get 30

Only in two cases: 1. If one of the questions I answered is unresolved and I vote for my own answer in hopes of getting best answer. 2. If I'm only a point away from the next level since you do get one point for voting

You can start voting on Level 1, you start off being allowed 20 votes.

look toward the top of the screen,
there are three tabs,
Ask, Discover, Vote.
To Vote, you click on that tab, open a question and start making your opinion count.
You also get a point per vote and can vote 100 times per day.

Ok first things first you can vote at ANY level. You can find the "list" besides the tabs below the search engine and it says "Vote"
