Yes, I'm fully capable of going to Wikipedia on my own, I don't need links. When I ask a question, I want someones opinion, and an answer in their own words, not a bloody link or copy and paste from somewhere.

no but wikipedia is not a source for good information. It is good for quick look ups to follow up with later. But since anyone person in the the world can change the information on that webpage kinda makes you wonder....

Fair enough, but if people can answer those questions by Googling it or looking up Wikipedia, then perhaps they shouldn't ask those questions on Y!A; or should explicitly state that they want original ideas. :)
Do you suppose we should answer questions like "Who Is Lady Macbeth?" with the answer "look it up yourself?" rather than a link to where that information can be found?

If you wanted really original answers to your questions, you would do your own research and not even bother with Yahoo Q & A.
Get a grip.
Why don't you go help edit Wikipedia? Or would you rather demand people go do detailed pain-staking research for you, for what? What do you pay them? You're a demanding arrogant selfish nobody.

No, I use Wikipedia at times, but I never mean to offend anyone. I give original answers also, whenever I don't want to repeat anythiing anyone else has already said in their answer.

Leave them on. Think about it, you don't like answers from there, but a lot of people do use it. You can easily skip over it when it's there. A lot of students use this site for homework help, and it makes a great source for answers.

Censorship is bad.
You don't like wiki-answers, so you know not to click on them. Your problem is solved.
Why do you sit around trying to think up ways to suppress others?

So you would have Yahoo ban a useful source of information because you don't like it? Is that pretty much it?
