I don't think cleant is a word. I also don't think learnt is a proper way for learn to be written as past tense. I clean[ed] the garage yesterday. I learn[ed] how to use learn and clean in past tense.

I've never heard the past of clean as cleant, though considering the odd use of the language I wouldn't be surprised. Though I've always known it as cleaned.
Present: It is clean.
Past: It was clean.
Past verb: It was cleaned.

There's no such word as cleant, that's just an idiomatic shortcut. You could say cleaned or get funny and say, with a smile, the past tense of clean...is.....dirty!

active: I cleaned it.
passive: It has been/was cleaned.
The word "cleant" maybe a regional variant of pronouciation and spelling. I wouldn't push this too far with a teacher. Just substitute whatever the teacher says for the duration of this class.

It is cleaned. You also used the word learnt which is also incorrect, it is learned.

It might sound right, but it is "I cleaned", "It was cleaned", "She cleaned it", etc...
