Best heatsink and fan after overclocking a 2.2ghz AMD Opteron 175 to 2.8ghz?

Hi i have just bought a Gigabyte GA-K8N NVIDIA nForce4 SLI OEM motherboard

i want to overclock my stock AMD Opteron 175 2.2ghz to about 2.8ghz

what heatsink and fan do you recommend, i can go upto about 20.00GBP

Best would be the Thermalright Ultra 120 or 90 and the Scythe Infinity or the Ninja.

I hope you realize that change will only give you about a .01% increase in real speed.

2.2/2.8= x/100
2.8x = 2.2*100
x=.012
