How often do you thumbs down an answer?

why do you usually give thumbs down?

Only if someone is rude, crude, or gives a stupid off the wall answer.

I ONLY THUMB UP GOOD ANSWERS.

I don't like to do it other way, people have their reasons to give the answers they post.

Sometimes because of personal knowledge, data they collected from misinformed sites or simply by understanding the facts.

I like to enjoy the time I am in Yahoo Answers and IF I THUMB DOWN someone, be sure that I will not sleep thinking about How that person will react when he or she sees my comment.

Not too often.

I usually give a thumbs down because I feel like it.
1. The answer was dumb
2. They were trying to be funny and it was a horrible attempt
3. Because I got a thumbs down and I believe in sharing

Only when the answer really deserves it. I'm more interested in giving thumbs up. Especially when picking a best answer, I always add a point. That way they're getting at least 11 points.

Only when it's spam, or when there is an objectively correct answer but the answer provided is incorrect.

I never give a thumbs down on a subjective question.

I don't give thumbs down, unless the answer is vulgar...and I don't mean swearing. There are some mean people on here.
