are there any stores that cater to amputees ie.. only sell left or right shoe?

Nostrums sells shoes to those with special needs. They will sell a single shoe to an amputee or will sell different sized shoes as a pair those who have two different foot sizes.

That would make no sense. They would still have the other leg, and a prosthesis. Right? If there is, I've never heard of it, and it probably wouldn't do so well. People with one leg & no prosthesis is a small market.
