Now that Germany has admitted it's attempts to sway Iran have failed and like most of the EU they are unable to find a way of dealing with them perhaps Pelosi will not waste taxpayers money trying to influence Iran. Her real reason for going may be to collect for her defaming our troops and president. Maybe she wants nice suits like the british captives were given. They could help her look more like a president than speaker of the house.

NO - she is hell bent on making the President of the USofA look like a terrorist, well consorting with States who sponsor and harbor terrorist and their activities. She should be charged with treason for meddling in the foreign policy of the US without respect to our elected Commander in Chief or the American people. She is doing nothing to help our troops in Iraq, but yet has time to sleep with the enemy.

How is it impossibly foolish when just recently the British negotiated and successfully persuaded Iran to release several military hostages? Not that I support Pelosi, but info like that kind of contradicts this whole question...

Is aggression better? Maybe the U.S. should not have overthrown the freely and much loved president of Iran in 1959? Maybe installing the hated Shaw who treated the Iranians like dogs while allowing the west to plunder the countries resources was a good plan. After the Iranians revolted tossing the Shaw and embracing of all things the Ayatollah (that's desperate people) do you think it was good plan to illegally arm Saddam to the teeth even taking him off terror list them manufacturing and allowing him to buy chemical and biological weapons. Notice the media forgets to mention U.S. government was for the use of chemical weapons, they encouraged and supported it. You think Iran does not notice almost one million dead civilians in Iraq and every word out of Bush's mouth is a lie. The only protection from U.S./Isreali aggression is to have a nuclear deterrent. If that was not obvious before, the Bush administration spelled it out very clear, when it ignored North Korea yelling and jumping up and down bragging of pocessions of WMD's , he was ignored as defenceless Iraq was attacked. If I was Iran watching the genocide in Iraq and the build up of war ships around Iran along with Bushstupidass rhetoric I would not stop to talk or listen, I would be way to busy trying to put together a nuclear defence. That is basic survival 101....Mary.

Pelosi's a $100M Jew. She can't wait to blow the hell out of Iran. Pelosi's in politics for 3 reasons, Illegal Immigrant labor, feminism and AIPAC. She makes her fortune off Illegal Immigrant labor picking grapes in her fields. And she'll see to it that you pay for it.

you are absolutely correct. We should waste trillions of taxpayer dollars blowing them to hell and back. Why talk or
have diplomacy when you can just use shock and awe to blow them back to the stoneage. After all its working so well in Iraq.
The Iranians tried diplomacy with us. Bush told them to piss off. Gee we have them surrounded. Saddam tried diplomacy we told him to piss off. I don't blame these people for trying to make a bomb. Its the only way they can keep Bush from invading.
