I have tried everything out there from maybelline, bare minerals, mary kay, cover girl, loreal, and ulta brand make up and they either make my skin break out, make my skin more oily, or do not cover well at all. I always go back to revlon colorstay because it covers the best but at times makes my skin oily.
I don't want anything extremely expensive, please let me know your suggestions, thanks!

go back to revlon colorstay it's the best, i have tried it all even dermablend...had to return it.

i also have combination/oily skin, it's the best coverage out there. i use it to cover my freckles and set it with clinique superpowder no one knows i've got freckles.
revlon makes colorstay foundation in combination/oily skin and normal/dry skin make sure you get the combination/oily and try setting it with powder

Bare Minerals Foundation OR Bare Minerals Mineral Veil. It's a tie. It's expenisve ($25) but they work MIRACLES. I love the foundation because its so light and looks like you are wearing nothing, but covers up my redness and acne like it was never there. I have oily skin too, and the stuff asorbs it all instantly - and keeps my skin shine free all day. If I wear nothing else, its that...and a little goes a long way, so its not like you dont get the best bang for you buck. The mineral veil, which is the same price, basically makes your face look poreless and flawless. It's a translucent powder that has JUST minerals in it. You can even put it on to sleep in, and it'll make your skin look better. I've been using the stuff for months, and people say that my skin looks 100% different. Many of them didn't even know what I was doing to look different, just that I looked amazing. Yep, those are my two! My ProActive would be a close third, however. It helps with acne, and keeps my skin moisturized and clear. I've been using it since I was 11 (so almost 6 years), and I don't think I could go more then a week without it. You should give both the Bare Minerals AND the ProActive (if you have acne) a try.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

I would say Covergirl True Blend. They have a powder and a liquid. I use the Powder. I find it covers very well and does not leave your skin oily at all. Its about $9.00.

I like neutrogena foundation. They have one with medicated acne medication in it, to prevent acne.
