It depends on the activity to be done and the company in which I will be? whats the weather? are my legs shaved? do I have enough time to shave them? do I have appropriate shoes? can I borrow then in time? do I have a good top? How am I doing my hair? there is a lot to consider. The first two are the most important. Who I am with and what we are doing are key. after that the others are easy to omit or rectify. such as, bowling- NO skirt. Dinner and a walk or party, skirt ok....if its warm enough to be appropriate, then you work out the other details. This is why we hope guys like and notice our style, we make it look easy, but there is a lot we put into it. ;)

Skirt selection has less to do w/ trend and more to do w/ one's honest assessment of their body. Girls who have thick calves either have to wear very short skirts or very very long ones. Skirts that stop at knee, cause the calves to look even chunkier. Ladies with long slender legs can wear any length.

Depends on where you are going and what you plan on doing . If you are going out to dinner and dance then you would wear a skirt about 1 inch above the knee (no shorter). If you are going to a bar and want to look a little sexy,then you would wear it about mid thigh. If you are going out for a country drive , dance or bar then wear it ankle length with boots.

i wear a skirt if its a nice day outside and not humid so that my legs won't rub against each other and get sticky.
i choose a skirt based on what i feel. i only have short skirts though: jean skirts and cotton? ones... bubble skirts and the ones that are like wavy-those kinds. if its windy that day i'll be sure to wear a jean skirt so that they don't blow up.

You are right. Girls make a decision to wear skirts, and wear pants if they don't make that decision. For a few girls is it opposite.

Well, when I'm in the mood for more attention, or I'm up for shaving my legs, or I just tanned or worked out recently -- then I'll wear a skirt. If I feel like being pretty, I'll wear a patterned knee-length skirt (not an ugly stuffy one, mind you). If I'm feeling flirty or I REALLY feel like shaving my legs, then I'll whip out my fraying Abercrombie denim miniskirt. It just depends on my mood and whether I feel like looking good or being comfortable.

I like wearing either a jean skirt that hits mid thigh or a flowy white skirt that hits just below the knee but it depends on the occasion. :D

I rarely wear skirts. Pants or shorts are way more comfortable and easier to move in. I like being able to move freely and not worry about looking "ladylike" or whatever.

if its warm, im in the mood, and i shaved my legs in the shower then i'll wear a skirt. i only wear mini skirts so thats what i'd go for with a nice pair of flip-flops of sandals
