copyright violation?

My aunt stole my fathers manuscripts and had it published with out mine or my mothers permission. What can I do about it?

another question, did your father die? if your aunt is executor of the estate or was bequeathed in the will, she may have actually inherited the rights to his works.

If he has a copyright, you could sue. You have documentation that it's your fathers work. ALso contact the publisher. I suggest you get a lawyer to do it for you.
