can you make shoes smaller?

i have a pair of shoes that were left from an ex-friend and they are so cute. the problem is they are proabably 1/2-1 size too big. is there a way to get them fixed. if so what would be an estimated price..?

Put foam pads in them to make them smaller. They sell them in shoe stores. I use them all the time.

nope u can't u can only make them larger
