Well, take a pregnancy test. Some of the problems could be anxiety or wishful thinking. Or you could be having acid-reflux disease. If you are not pregnant and you are having severe heartburn and acid reflux, you should see a GI specialist.

Usually pregnant women don't get heartburn so early on in pregnancy and it definitely wouldn't be that severe. I think maybe you have some anxiety and this could definitely be causing your nausea, too.
There is a very slight chance you could be pregnant but it is very unlikely. These symptoms are causing you pain and distress and could be due to some other health problem.
Don't beat yourself up over the tubal. Just ask God to forgive you and pray that He might bless you with another child. Ask a good and trusted fertility specialist about ethical options.

Unless you don't have ovaries and are having sex you theoretically can always be pregnant.
However, if you've had your tubes tied for two years it's extremely unlikely. You need to see a doctor and discuss your symptoms, they could be signs of other things.

I'm not even going to read the paragraph. Unless you're a guy or you have had a hysterectomy it is possible for you to be pregnant. Go to the doctor or the dollar store and get a pregnancy test.

I'd say take a test. You never know. And please use punctuation, at least periods. That was really hard to read.
Good luck!!!!
