I'm on the pill, but had unprotected sex a few weeks back. I had my period... sorta. It was lighter then normal and brown instead of red, and lasted only 4 days. I've been nausaous, dizzy, tired, and peeing up a storm. I tried telling myself I had a period I'm on the pill, but there's a nagging worry I can't shake. What do you think? And I plan to get a test asap. :)

I know I need to do a test and plan to asap, but I was looking to see if anyone who was pregnant had experienced a similar odd period. I know having unprotected sex was a bad idea too.

First step of course would be to test.
As for the other things...you can make your body think you're pregnant which can cause symptoms of pregnancy like you've mentioned. The other thing is that having a period on the pill isn't actually a period at all. It's called breakthrough bleeding, you will have it as long as you're not taking your active pills, pregnant or not. I can't tell you if you're pregnant or not, but I can tell you there is a real possibility.
And I'm sure you're tired of hearing it, but if you don't want to be pregnant, either don't have sex, or use condoms along with the pill. That is the only combination that brings your risk of pregnancy down to nearly 0.

I don't understand why you are worried about a possible pregnancy. It is the most natural thing in the world to have sex and conceive a baby. Did your doctor not tell you that no birth control method is 100%?
Also, are you married? I was wondering if maybe that is why you are anxious.
All of those symptoms are early pregnancy symptoms, but it also could be a lighter than normal period since you're on the pill.
Since there's a chance you might be pregnant I would get off the pill immediately until you take that test. It can seriously hurt or even kill a tiny baby.

Sometimes it's stress that causes some type of irregularity, and also sometimes if you believe something or tell yourself something so much, like if you tell yourself your sick, you'll start to feel sick, same with pregnancy, you might start to feel some pregnancy symptoms even if your not because you have that in your head. But the best thing to do is get a test of course, so that you can know for sure.

Relax. The pill is 99.9% effective. There's virtually no chance of you being pregnant. Keep in mind that you ovulate for only three days per month, and on those three days the pill is 99.9% effective.
You've got a better chance of being struck by lightening on a sunny day.
I say relax, have a few drinks, and let nature take its course.

you could be sick.(physically and mentally) Besides you dont get the "peeing up a storm" part until later in pregnancy when the baby gets bigger and pushes on your bladder. Its all in your head
