Equation:
Your grade OVER the max grade you can get,
equals
X OVER max grade you can get on the scale you want to use.

Solve for X.

Example, you have a 3 on your 4 point scale.
3 over 4 equals X over 100.
3x100 is 300.
4xX=?
So 300/4= 75 out of a possible 100.
