The major issue will be energy followed closely by potable ( safe, drinkable) water and food shortages in parts of the world that now don't experience them.
As we shift from fossil fuel to more biofuels (ethonol made from corn, sugarcane ect) prices of food stuffs will sky rocket. We are already seeing the effects, note the tortilla prices in Mexico for example.Estimates show that even if we dedicate 100% of our corn crop in the United States today to biofuels we will not be able to meet the demand in ten years. So the effects will increase the price of every good associated with corn, which is a large pecentage of the food products we consume, substantially.

A shrinking Coastline for since the icecaps and ice elsewhere like mountain ranges, frozen lands-Antartica etc is melting the resulting greatly increase of water will enlarge oceans, seas, rivers etc this will also cause a overpopulation, cramming of people into the innter country regions, the shifts in the weather patterns and weather degrees will cause severe worldwide crop/produce shortages-even more intense shortage of food and aid being out of necessity greatly reduced which will also cause wars for the strong will take from the weaker-isn't your food bill already increasing?. There will be more taxation and cost being passed onto to the consumer when going green will no longer be a choice but absolute necessity. During these times too those powers whose goal is to make all like them will not be so cautious or careful for the powers that kept them at bay like US,Gr.Britain,European Major Countries are preoccupied with internal problems e-Expect the Muslim Threat to become more apparent. The best advice is to take it day by day and do what you can to ensure tomorrow being ok for you.

We will be dealing with the Islamists' efforts to dominate the world. The US and Europe have become so secularized that we don't understand the importance of religion anymore. We need to educate ourselves in this matter. The conflict will escalate into a world crisis, one side or the other will win, and peace will return for a while. More or less.

Overpopulation, which we already have, due to the fact this government lets anyone come into our country. A great depression caused by the fact we are overpopulated. A loss of our social security program because we let illigal immigrants draw on it when they never worked here or paid into it. The extinsion of animals because all forrests are being cut down to make room for shopping centers and more homes. A lot more wars, because the people on earth will not leave each other alone to rule their own countries as they see fit. It's all about who has the most oil or gas. This world as we know it won't be around too much longer. Don't have any babies, you wouldn't want them to have to face what is coming.

It is a tricky question to answer. We face many serious problems as we surge towards to ultra-modern age.As science and technology progress we face new challenges.Climatic changes are threatening tore apart the world. It will be far more serious 20 years from now.To prevent the world from this natural destruction we have to be conscious from the moment " NOW".If we want save our world there is not much time left.
One seerious problem that could occur is the human destruction. If coutries continue their arms race and create more and more weapons of mass destruction, there is every possibilty that a war will be occured and it wll send human society to stone age.
But by far the most serious problem is climatic change(global warming and in some places we can say global cooling).I don't think there is much time left and frankly speaking I think we won't be able to save our dearest earth.

The demise of the United States will result in massive worldwide shortages of essential materials. Pressure on the US to pay off it's debt will force stoppage of many entitlement programs and civil unrest will reach new highs. The lifestyle of most Americans will fall near the level of the British today. The world will struggle with the battle between radicals and moderates with most of the European countries forming one entity to try and keep control of things. I am glad my age will keep me from seeing all the morbid results of the liberal failures of today.

A rise in the illigitmacy rate in America will soon become a pressing issue if it is not so already. Babies are having babies, parents do not have the resources to support them, they go on public assisstance to support them and are tax dollars will be drained. With a current 25% illigitmacy rate I feel things just might get out of controll.
