It needs to be original, if a model it needs to be out of clay, paper mache, etc. ..

it can really be any type of map that has to do with the story,,

and a collage must be very intricate..

I would start with a map -- then I would overlay it with quotations from the book printed out on my computer - stating rules - Big Brother is Watching etc. And then I would mix in some photos that depicted things like that. You could even relate it to today by printing out newspaper stories about the Patriot Act, illegal wiretapping etc. Pax - C.

Given that facist governments usually classify everything as "Top Secret," a map would be difficult. The Soviet Union did not have accurate maps available to the citizens. Moscow's city maps did not show streets around secret government facilities. The military had accurate maps, but why would the citizens need to go anywhere?

Work on the collage instead. Remember to us New Speech and work in lots of images of Big Brother. Perhaps showing the people adoring Big Brother during a rally. Or perhaps just Big Brother...nothing else is important.
