Some say that Deja Vu is our subconscious remembering of our past lives. How do you feel about Deja Vu when you experience it? How do you explain it?

I have actually been experiencing Deja Vu a lot lately. I think it's because I might have seen the same images in a dream but forgot about it. This theory may also sound crazy but maybe I restarted the day because I royally screwed up big time. Lol. Just a thought.

Seriously! How funny is it that I just erased my answer and now have to type it all again!!!

I have deja vu a lot less than I used to, only about 2-3 times a year now. My husband gets them in groups every 1-2 months but his can last up to half an hour, whereas mine last about a minute.

I believe in past lives but deja vu to me feels more dreamlike, as if I've dreamed the particular moment before. If this life and time are an illusion than it would make sense that if everything is happening simultaneously that it would have familiar points. I have heard it means you are on the right track in your life. Also, if you believe that you choose the events in your life before you are born then it would make sense that you remember some.

Hope this helps.

I experience it. I used to experience it more when I was younger. It's usually nothing important. I can't explain it.
