The correct answer is d. all of the above.

Massive stars are convective deep in the core. On the other hand, low mass stars (like our Sun or less massive) are radiative and the same is true for intermediate mass stars (spectral type A etc). Conduction dominates energy transport in high densities stars (in white dwarfs, for example).
