What do you put on for everyday makeup? Brands and labels would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

First what I do is clean my face with Olay daily facials hydrating cleansing cloths. This is a toner, mask, scrub, and cleanser all in one. Then apply Olay moisturizer make sure you use one with SPF higher than 15.

What I say is less is best. For my lips I use Cover Girl Out Last lip stick I have dark red to light pink.

For my eyes which I consider my best facial feature I use most of my make up here. I use either Cover Girl liquid beige concealer or Physicians Formula which is a French stick concealer on the whole eye area. I then use Cover Girls Perfect point plus eye liner since I am blonde with light skin the midnight blue will make my hazel eyes sparkle. For the eye shadow I use Aziza in the brown and neutral colors. I then use very black Great Lash waterproof mascara for my lashes.

For the checks I use Cover Girl refined rose tri color pallet. I use the medium color on the apple of the check bones to the hair line, I then apply the lightest color right under this color in the hollows of the check, then to give you the illusion of check bones I will apply a thin line of the darkest color where the medium and light color touch. Then gently blend the check area so you do not have noticeable lines. I will sometimes use the lightest color on my temples down the center of the nose and at the hair line of the fore head and right under the chin. This will give you definition in the face.

But I suggest what you need to do is look in magazines and watch on tv and see the different ways the make up is applied then have fun with what make up can do for you. Only you can decide which colors work best for you. I do suggest you spend the extra dollar on the lip stick. The Out Last lip sticks have lasted over 12 hours on me without any touch up. Also do not go for the dollar make up unless you are going to use them to check to see how the color looks on you. The eyeliner I use is the only one I have found to have the best staying power in the heat and during physical activities.

Also when you do try something new and you are not sure how it looks ask a good friend for thier opion you may not think it looks the best only because your not use to it. Play and have fun with make up.

Make sure you remove your make up at the end of the day. I use vasaline to remove the mascara. I use either Pond's cold cream, Aveeno Cleansing Lotion, or Oil of Olay Cleansing pads. Then put on Oil of Olay moisturizer

Good luck

Well, I shop at discount stores(walmart), so, I start with washing with Loreal face wash and St. Ives apricot scrub mixed. After I use a Loreal toner, followed by Revitalift moisturizer and eye cream. This is the most essential part of my routine, and the most time consuming!!
After I spot treat any blemishes with Clean and Clear persal-gel 10. Let that dry for a few minutes.
After it dries, I follow with Loreals new mineral makeup, choose the best for your skin type, Blend well. But do not use too much. A little goes a long way!!! Beleive me!
Get a good bronzer, I use maybelline, then swipe a bit just on the spots where the sun would hit, ex: tops of cheek bones from hairline just down to the apples of your cheecks, little bit on the tip of nose, little on the chin, a little onthe forehead.
Next blush, I use cover girl, just onthe apples of your cheeks.
Then apply your eyeshadow. I just put a neutral color that has a little glitter, not alot, to the lid and crease, same color on both. Maybe a pretty beighy brown.
Then get a light pink and put on brow bone. Blend the two colors with a brush
Get a clear mascara (I use covergirls, cheap and does the job)and shape the brows.
follow up with mascara, I also use Loreal brown black, I cannot remember the type, but usually any loreal product is awesome!! Remember to use 2 coats of mascara on bottom and top lashes. Some people dont use it on the bottom, but I do, because it looks prettier on me, try it to see.
Check for mess ups, or smudges and you are done!!
Now, I always take a shower in the morning, so the cleansing is not part of my make up routine.
The makeup part takes me about 5 minutes.
Just remember practice make perfect and in no time you will have 5 minute routine for yourself!!!

If u have a close to perfect skin, better stay away from heavy makeups for everyday makeup routine as they will only clog your pores n make it worse even though u cleanse your face well at the end of the day.

U can just use your moisturizer, let it absorbs into your skin, after 15minutes put on a loose powder(im using TheBodyShop loose powder). Eyeshadows, liners n mascara goes next and lastly, your lipstick/lipgloss.

p/s: u can replace your moisturizer with a tinted moisturizer for extra coverage.

Hope that helps :)

I keep it simple: just the basics like foundation, concealor, mascara, blush and gloss.
My favorites are Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, Bare Escentials Mineral makeup foundation, MAC Studio Finish Concealor SPF 35, Origins blush, and pink lip gloss from Lorac.

I don't know which brands you prefer, but if you go to the Covergirl Website, www.covergirl.com, there is a quiz to fill out to tell you what your ideal makeup routine is based on your answers. I did it yesterday and even if it doesn't fit you exactly, it is still fun.

Personally I use Maybelline stick cover-up under my eyes, this sort of Maybelline touch-pad cover-up all over my face, Revlon black-brown eyeliner crayon on my upper lids, Revlon creme eyeshadow in Precious Metals (the gold or brown one) up to my eyebrows, and I fill in my eyebrows with dark brown eye shadow. For my lips I use Revlon nude lipstick and nude lip liner. Hope that helped!

I use the Body shop's lightening touch under my eyes, Bare minerals foundation, clear radiance, and mineral veil. Then I use Covergirl's volume exact mascara. Very natural look, nothing fancy.
