If you can fit a belt into the outfit with approval that will usually work if you use a nice wide one that would cover your midriff even if it did come up. However, it really depends on the material of the shirt. Assuming that it is cotton, or a blend of some kind a two sided tape would work. Also, since the shirt is form fitting an elastic band could e sewn or stitched into the shirt where it rests on your true waist. Another solution would be to sew or stitch the bottom of the shirt to the waist of your lower garment. If the shirt actually doesn't reach your waist, a cut-off or short tank, perhaps, two sided tape can be used, or an elastic band can be sewn into the bottom of the shirt, or you can take an old sports bra, put it on, put the shirt on, pin it all the way around, take both off with the pins in very carefully, and then stapling/stitching/sewing the two together, and then just wearing the two like a single shirt, since I think that exposure is what you would be most concerned about in this type of situation. Lastly, an original idea for any case is to weigh down the shirt by stitching a closed hem into the mouth at the bottom of about 1/4 in-1/2 in and just before closing it it would be filled with NEW (used ones tend to stain EVERYTHING) ball bearings or BB's or shot to hold it down without physically attaching it to you somehow.

its hard to say without knowing why it is riding up. If it is a little small on you, then I suggest you wash it, let it air dry and while it is damp, put it on and stretch to your shape, it will stretch a little. If it is a lot to small for you, then there is probably nothing you can do. If it is a fabric issue...you may have options, but it is hard to say without knowing for sure.

Also, I don't know what the region is that the shirt is bearing...but if it is the lower ab region that has you bothered, could you change your bottoms...maybe they are too low waisted.

The military uses shirt garters to keep their dress shirts neatly tucked. They connect to the bottoms of the shirts, then the straps connect to your socks (need to wear socks that are mid calf length). You can find them anywhere suits are sold, on military bases where the uniforms are sold or the base exchanges, or at military supply stores.

I know this is something that girls hate to hear lol. but its probably too small of a size in the waist.

When a skirt is too small of a size in the waist it tends to ride up to the smaller area (aka- your real waist.. we all where them down at our hips nowadays)

Get the next larger size... and you should be ok

I like girls in jeans. It makes them look more city like and it doesn't look like they try too hard but if you're looking to get this fellas attention, this might not be what you would like

I do enjoy wearing long skirts occasionally. These are actually convenient than Denims and also not as hot to wear.

Wear a belt it usually tightens the jeans around the waist area preventing the jeans from lowering and showing your thong....It works for me.
